My understanding of BtoB eMarketing

I haven’t seen a graphic quite like this before to explain the elements- I liked it. It could probably use some supporting explanation. I know you said “e” marketing- but on initial thinking there’s only one real difference to a total marketing program for B2B- the print element for product awareness, that refers them to the web/landing page for more detailed info. We try to incorporate URLs for tracking ad response whenever we can in print, and as a result we funnel them into the “e” process, right?
