Tips to promote your Brand by Email Marketing

I start to kick off my ‘Promote Your Brand by Online Marketing’ series from today.  Today’s Topic: Tips  to promote your Brand by Email Marketing

Before all the Tips sharing, I assume your company already builds website, which is the essential part when you want to promote your brand by Online Marketing.

Promote your Brand by Email Marketing you need to consider below steps and tips:

1. Email Marketing Tool. Select suitable email marketing tool is foundation of leading your Email Marketing success. Good tools are prerequisite to the successful execution of a job. There are many Email Marketing Service Providers in the Market, try to sign up some of them and select the one best suit for your business. If you have no idea about those tools, I introduced 2 Email Marketing Tools for your reference:  AWeber & iContact. One Important for Branding: Please select the one which can design or import your own Email Template.

2. Put Email Subscription Box on you website. Promote your Email subscription box on your website, home page, product page, promotion page and everywhere. Give a chance to your web visitor aka potential customer to know your updated information by subscribing your Email Newsletter.

3. Build & maintain your own email list. Most of the Email Marketing Service Provide Database Management functions in their Email Marketing Tool. Please leverage this function to build your own email subscription list. Never SPAM, Only send to those people who subscribed to your list, and keeps your list clean.

4. Design your own Email Template. If you want to promote brand via Email Marketing, Create your own Email template to align your Website’s layout is a wise choice. Highlight your Company’s name and Logo to make sure your subscribers could recognize your brand by just take a look at Email.

5. Blast your Email regularly. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly Email Marketing activities relay on your own business. Keep in mind send your newsletter regularly, like every Wednesday 10 AM. It will just fulfill customers’ expectation.

6. Deliver valuable information. Email is not only for company to announce their new products, but also a great chance to share the valuable information with customers. Bring some value added info to customer will makes brand more valuable.

7. Keeps your Email ‘From’ consistent. You can use your company’s name in Email ‘From’ field, but please keep it consistent. People always decide open or delete email base on who send email to them. Use your company’s name as ‘From’ is also a great way to let people knows your brand. But need to keep it within 20 characters.

8. Response your customer’s feedback. You will get a lot of customer’s feedback by simply replying your Newsletter. Use this great chance to communicate with your customer will highly benefit your brand.

Above Tips seems simple but all of them are very practical to promote brand by Email Marketing. Make a plan to start it from today, I bet you will see very positive result!

Promote Your Brand by Online Marketing

Internet is the BEST platform for company to promote their brand, and Online Marketing is the MOST efficient method to help company make it happen, especially for Small & Middle Company.

Think about 20 years ago, you could make several streets and blocks in your area aware of your promotion in 2 weeks by publishing Ad on Magazine, Our-door, or even on TV.

In nowadays, you can by simply updating your website to let the whole world knows your brand and your upcoming promotion. Amazing!

8 Tips to build effective Landing Page

After you considered email subject, content and call to action button, want to blast your email in your Email Marketing Campaign program, Please keep in mind that you need to build a effective, attractive and high conversions Landing Page, here are some Tips for your reference:

1.  Make sure the landing page content should be highly relevant with your email content. Visit won’t expect a totally different topic after he click the ‘attractive’ call to action button in email.

2. Don’t be too wordy. Use some graphs and appropriate pictures to make the landing page layout more attractive.

3.  Strong Call to Action. You don’t want your visitor just stopped by or bounced from your landing page without any actions. Design a Strong, attractive call to action button as you did in the email. (Large and Red button always good choice)

4.  Put important content in the top of the landing page. visitors always to rush to bounced from your landing page, so put your most valuable content on top spot of the page.

5. Offers. Great offers can bring you more registrations

6. Testimonial or successful story. Show some testimonials or successful story is wildly used when you promote your product in landing page, let your product or customer talk by themselves.

7.  Trust badge or Logo. put all honor and award of this product in the page will drive your visitor put more credit on it.

8.  Be sure your page is easy to load. No Bugs, can be loaded in a second, you don’t want waste your visitors time, won’t you?

6 Tips to Generate Lead via Online Survey

Everybody knows that leverage internet is the most efficient way to do Marketing. And the most important thing of doing online marketing for company is generate more Leads.

Here are 6 tips of how to use online survey to generate more leads:

1. Questions. Define the criteria of being a lead for your company. Interest? Time frame? (Budget?). You need to build the online survey questions base on the result you want to get from potential customer.

2. Build  Online Survey. Since you have fully prepared the questions you want to ask. Put them together and build a survey with your company’s logo and masthead banner. and please DO include the lead related questions in your Survey.

3. Thank you page. You need to prepare Thank you page not only to thank the people who take the online survey but lead them to the link you want them to after they click the submit button.

4. Post your online survey. Post your survey to the place who people may highly interest. e.g. Linkedin Group, Facebook, or even blast a batch of email to reach the potential customer. The more related people or people who have the same interest the more leads may be generated by this survey.

5. Offer. Not everyone has an interest in taking themselves out of their comfort zone, especially you ask detail questions in survey. If you still want to get response from them, GIVE THEM A REASON! 6. Follow up. After your online survey campaign finished, please do review the responses and do the follow up action not only for positive lead response, but for all people who responded. you can call them to make a official thanks or confirm the contact information to deliver gift, some leads hiding in there, believe me.
